What You’ll Do
Diagnose, maintain, and repair a mixed fleet of heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Use diagnostic tools, service manuals, and schematics to identify and resolve problems.
Document repairs and communicate equipment needs with your team.
Follow safe work practices and keep your work area organized.
Field Technicians: Service and repair equipment at customer job sites while providing professional customer service.
Shop Technicians: Complete inspections, maintenance, and repairs at our facility to keep equipment ready for rental.
What We’re Looking For
Experience repairing heavy equipment, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, or related diesel-powered equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems.
Ability to read service manuals and schematics.
A dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Relevant technical or trade school training is a plus.
