CA Central Valley Remote — Full-Time — Range $100,000 — $140,000+ — Offers Commission/Bonus

Cronic Care is a healthcare technology company transforming how solo, small, and mid-sized clinics manage clinical documentation and chronic care. Our flagship product, QuickNotes™ , converts real-time patient–physician conversations into accurate, structured clinical notes in minutes — saving clinicians 8–10 hours per week with fully HIPAA-compliant AI.

Role Summary

As an Account Executive , you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — helping clinics adopt QuickNotes™ and grow their efficiency, revenue, and compliance. This role is ideal for a confident healthcare SaaS seller who understands physician workflows and enjoys building strong client relationships.

You will be directly responsible for revenue generation, client onboarding coordination, and long-term account expansion .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new clinic clients (Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Concierge Care)
• Drive Free Trial → Paid Subscription conversions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinic accounts
• Build strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and clinic owners
• Handle renewals, upgrades, and add-on service discussions
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)

Product & Market Feedback

• Educate clinics on:
• AI clinical documentation
• HIPAA compliance
• Gather physician feedback and relay insights to product and leadership teams
• Work closely with:
• Customer Support & Onboarding
• Support webinars, demos, and email campaigns

What the Account Executive Actually Does (Daily)

• Calls & emails physicians and clinic managers
• Runs product demos of QuickNotes™
• Follows up with trial clinics
• Converts trials to paid physicians
• Manages objections and closes deals
• Tracks pipeline and forecasts revenue
• Assists with clinic onboarding handoff
• Supports renewals and upsells

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in:
• Medical Software Sales
• Medical Devices or Healthcare Services Sales
• Strong understanding of:
• Physician workflows
• Clinical documentation or EMR systems
• Comfortable selling to doctors and clinic staff
• Self‑motivated, remote‑ready, revenue‑driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience selling:
• Medical transcription
• EHR/EMR software
• Experience with:
• Background in telehealth, RPM, or concierge medicine

Compensation

Option 1: Base + Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 — $140,000+

Compensation is market-based and may vary by U.S. location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The listed range reflects our lowest to highest market rates.

Option 2: Commission-Only (High-Growth Startups)

20%–25% commission per closed clinic

Average monthly earning potential: $6,000–$15,000+

Success Metrics

You will be measured on:

Number of:

• Free trials activated
• Converted paying clinics
• Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
• Renewal and upsell success
