Marketing Assistant

Good marketing takes more than creative ideas. It requires planning, coordination, and a team that can turn those ideas into campaigns people notice. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Laredo, TX to support marketing projects, coordinate promotional activities, and help keep campaigns organized from start to finish.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys communicating with people, contributing ideas, and keeping track of the details that make marketing activities successful. You'll work alongside the wider team, support different projects, and build practical experience across marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.

The Role

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and campaign documents.

• Research customer interests, competitors, and relevant market trends.

• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials.

• Support the coordination of promotional events and campaign schedules.
\n
• Update marketing records, contact lists, and project information.
\n
• Communicate with team members to keep tasks and deadlines on track.

• Help monitor campaign activity and prepare basic progress reports.
\n
• Assist with email, social media, and other marketing communications where required.
\n
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help ensure campaign requirements are completed.

• Gather feedback and share useful observations with the marketing team.

• Provide general administrative support for ongoing marketing projects.
