The laboratory department is equipped with modern technology and provides Cytotechnologists the opportunity to work closely with experienced pathologists and healthcare teams on a wide variety of cases.Job Highlights:Two full-time permanent openingsMonday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMStable daytime hours with excellent work-life balanceModern pathology and laboratory environmentCollaborative and supportive leadership teamOpportunities for continued education and career advancementCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageResponsibilities:Screen and evaluate gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimensIdentify abnormal cellular changes and assist in diagnostic interpretationWork closely with pathologists to ensure accurate and timely resultsMaintain quality assurance and laboratory compliance standardsOperate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipmentDocument findings and ensure proper specimen handling proceduresJob Requirements:CT (ASCP) certification required or eligibility preferredPrevious cytology experience preferredStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsKnowledge of laboratory safety and quality standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a laboratory team
